About the Role:

Are you passionate about transforming agriculture through technology? We are looking for an experienced AgriTech Project Lead to lead the deployment and expansion of marketable services in the precision agriculture sector. You will work closely with our business development team to ensure the profitability and best image of our innovative services, contributing to the digital transformation of agriculture in Morocco and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentoring:

  • Conduct technological and competitive intelligence.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of marketable services.
  • Contribute to market research and animate the technical content of commercial actions.
  • Supervise applied development work.
  • Continuously improve UX/UI design by reporting user community needs.

Partnership Development & New Products:

  • Attract new opportunities and service outlets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for AgriTech systems for clients.
  • Define and implement plans for AgriTech systems, considering constraints from feasibility studies.
  • Supervise field sampling and data collection related to agronomic management.
  • Build and maintain databases of agricultural technology needs and users.
  • Monitor pilots and demonstration trials.

Capability Building:

  • Conduct training and outreach campaigns for partners and clients.
  • Develop communications such as newsletters and reports.
  • Disseminate knowledge and understanding of AgriTech themes to relevant economic actors.

Required Profile:

Technical/Professional Skills:

  • Agricultural engineer or master's degree in agribusiness or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience in a related field. Experience in precision agriculture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the precision agriculture market.
  • Mastery of techniques for acquiring, integrating, and disseminating geographic data (maps, GPS, satellite images, etc.).
  • Proficiency in thematic mapping and related tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic semiology.
  • Skills in digitization and digitalization.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
