F&B Hostess

We are seeking a poised and guest-focused Food & Beverage Hostess to join a renowned luxury hotel group in Qatar. The successful candidate will bring prior experience in five-star hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver refined guest experiences with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests, ensuring a courteous and professional first impression
• Organize reservations and manage table assignments efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables while providing a seamless and elegant arrival experience
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess podium and surrounding areas
• Address guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and assist the service team when required
• Effectively communicate guest preferences and relevant details to the F&B team
• Consistently uphold the hotel's luxury service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 2-3 years' proven experience in luxury hotels brands
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are highly valued
• Strong communication abilities, professional presence, and polished grooming standards
• Ability to multitask and manage guest flow in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and basic food safety practices is an advantage
• Both local and overseas candidates are welcome's to apply
