Butler / Private Villa Manager for Private Villa in Marrakech
We operate a high-end private villa in Marrakech, providing top-tier service to international guests. We're looking for a skilled professional to oversee operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily villa operations, including supervising a dedicated team of staff, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional guest hospitality to maintain our five-star standards.
- Manage food and beverage services: Partner with our in-house chefs to curate bespoke menus, oversee inventory procurement, and orchestrate sophisticated events, from intimate dinners to lavish gatherings.
- Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, privacy, and security for residents, guests, and property assets.
- Handle logistics and supplier coordination, including transportation arrangements, vendor negotiations, and other operational efficiencies to support smooth villa functioning.
