Butler / Private Villa Manager for Private Villa in Marrakech

We operate a high-end private villa in Marrakech, providing top-tier service to international guests. We're looking for a skilled professional to oversee operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Manage daily villa activities, including staff supervision, maintenance, and guest hospitality.
  • Oversee food and beverage services: collaborate with chefs on menus, handle inventory, and organize events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security for residents and visitors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manage logistics like transportation, and handle other operational needs.
  • Incorporate Marrakech's local culture into luxury experiences.

What You Need:

  • At least 5 years in senior roles at luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Solid experience in food and beverage operations, such as menu development and event management.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
  • Strong references from reputable hospitality employers.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
