We are hiring, on behalf of our client operating in the construction sector, an experienced and detail-oriented
Chief Accountant
.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial activities of the company.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and profitability analyses.
• Supervise the accounting team and ensure their continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and to guarantee the quality of financial reports.
• Oversee and control the company's legal and financial commitments.

Profile Required:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Proven experience in accounting, including at least 7 years in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and social regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
