Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Operations Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client onboarding, document verification, and customer service support to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer data and process account openings.
- Verify client-submitted documents in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email or live chat.
- Collect, analyze, and report departmental data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to communicate and resolve matters efficiently.
- Process client withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum
Baccalauréat
(high school diploma) or
Diploma/Degree
in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field. - Proficiency in
English
; knowledge of
French
or
Arabic
is an advantage. - At least
1 year of relevant experience
preferred, though
fresh graduates
are encouraged to apply. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a
rotational shift schedule
, including weekends if required.
