About the role
We are looking for a Technician to help keep our clients' equipment and software running smoothly. Your role will include installation, maintenance, and training.
You will be responsible for
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment across the country.
- Diagnose issues and suggest effective solutions.
- Train clients on how to use both the equipment and the software.
- Update technical documents and write intervention reports.
Your qualifications
- Technician diploma or specialization in electrotechnics, electronics, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Represent our company professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Basic skills in French and Arabic.
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strict adherence to safety rules and internal guidelines.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
