Our company, which specializes in mechanical manufacturing, is seeking qualified candidates for the following position :

Plant quality supervisor

Job Key Objectives:

  • Ensure customer requirements are met by inspecting the different stages of the production process.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead training activities and promote continuous improvement across the plant.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001 and internal requirements within the plant.
  • Guarantee compliance with company's quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001), ensuring safe and environmentally sound conditions.
  • Perform any additional activities assigned by the supervisor, always prioritizing quality, the environment, and customer satisfaction.

Person Specification :

Educationnel / Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree and/or engineering background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the company or a similar industry.

Technical Knowledge / Skills:

  • Problem solving, decision making, team management, reporting, and experience in the automotive industry (desirable).
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Language Skills:

  • Good command of a second language, preferably English.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, leadership, decision‑making ability, administrative control, availability to travel, and flexible scheduling.
