Qualifications :
- Engineering degree ( Industrial, Mechanical, Quality)
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position (Covers Production Specialist / Responsible) .
- Fluent in both English / French
Main Responsibilities :
- To manage the resources under the responsibility of the production unit with a continuous improvement approach in order to meet production programs.
- To carry out production at the lowest cost, highest quality and at the desired time in accordance with production standards in order to meet the production schedules in a timely manner.
- To disseminate and ensure the correct use of quality methods and tools in the production team in order to continuously improve and maintain the quality, costs and reliability of the product and production process, and take preventive measures in cooperation with the related units with the aim of eliminating the problems.
- To ensure the proper distribution of human resources and the optimization of facilities, equipment and settlement in the production team in order to ensure that the production programs are realized in the required amount, on time and with the necessary qualifications.
- To take different duties and responsibilities given by the supervisor, to participate in projects, make suggestions or find solutions when necessary within the department or organization.
