Job Description

As a junior debt collector , you will be responsible for monitoring customer receivables and participating in reminders to optimize collections and reduce late payments. You will also contribute to the preparation of action reports.

The main missions

Recovery management:

  • Carry out customer follow-ups (calls, emails, letters) according to the times defined in the process
  • Identify and analyze the causes of late payments
  • Manage disputes and challenges raised in conjunction with internal services
  • Strictly monitor the accounting entries related to recovery (letters)
  • Participate in the analysis of bad debts and associated provisions

Monitoring and formalization of recovery actions:

  • Document customer reminders and interactions in tracking tools
  • Participate in the weekly recovery committee with internal stakeholders
  • Communicate internally on actions taken and those to be undertaken
