Your Role
As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch customers, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. Your excellent communication skills will be the key to providing personalized assistance and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Tackle inbound queries from Dutch customers through phone, chat, and email
- Offer timely and accurate information to resolve issues and provide guidance
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of client issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and policies to inform customers effectively
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is a must; knowledge of English is highly desirable
- Experience in customer support, particularly with inbound channels, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with chat and email support tools and CRM systems
