Job Summary

In order to accompany the growth of our Group and as part of the deployment of the african Human Resources Development strategy, we are looking to complete the moroccan HR team with a Talent Recruiter to support our talent acquisition.

As a Talent Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of positions throughout our international organization. You'll be in charge for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates to hiring departments. Typical candidates you will develop stretch across several job families to include Data Science, Data Engineering, Analysts, Consulting roles such as Managing Consultant, Senior & Junior Consultant and other support related roles.

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the the Head of Global Talent Recruitment and working closely with the Managing Director and Consulting & Data Partner, your role will be to:

• Draft/create job descriptions, analyze resumes, and determine appropriate matches for vacancies
• Source, screen and interview candidates from sources for general competence, applicable background and skills
• Strategically lead the recruitment process for a diverse variety of Consulting & Data and positions
• Ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs, talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills
• Use talent networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill international roles
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Among your responsibilities as a Global Talent Recruiter, you will :

• Partner with other Coordinators to provide back-up support to international HR teams as needed
• Partner with Recruiters to onboard new hires
• Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, roundtables, and events

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years experience as a HR Recruiting Specialist, Recruiter or similar in a consulting firm and/or a data company. Recruiting experience in consulting firms(Tier 1 Consulting firms) and Data industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails
• Proficiency in English
• Passion for recruiting and demonstrating curiosity to stay abreast of current trends and best practices
• Flexibility and team attitude is key
