Join us to lead the charge in solar operations—own the full journey from order fulfilment to installation and activation, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. You'll manage teams, partners, and processes to deliver high-impact, sustainable energy solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfilment & Processing

2. Manage the end-to-end sales order flow, from customer purchase to system handover.

3. Ensure orders are accurately recorded, validated, and processed in a timely manner.

4. Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand demand pipeline and prioritize accordingly.

5. Logistics & Inventory Coordination

6. Plan and manage timely delivery of solar panels, inverters, and materials to installation sites.

7. Procure equipment / materials when inventory below minimum quantity.
8. Track inventory levels, anticipate shortages, and manage just-in-time inventory practices.

9. Work with logistics partners and internal supply chain team to optimize delivery schedules and costs.

10. Installation Planning & Execution

11. Schedule and coordinate contractors/installation partners based on material readiness and customer availability.

12. Ensure installations are completed according to quality and safety standards.

13. Monitor field operations and troubleshoot any execution issues.

14. Service Activation & Handover

15. Oversee post-installation checks and inverter activation process.

16. Ensure that the monitoring system is up and running for the customer.

17. Coordinate customer handover and manage activation documentation.

18. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

19. Track KPIs such as installation lead time, on-time delivery, and operational cost per install.

20. Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements.

21. Build SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.

22. Team & Partner Management

23. Manage a team of operations associates and logistics coordinators.

24. Maintain close relationships with contractors, logistics partners, and suppliers.
25. Enforce service level agreements (SLAs) with all vendors and partners.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, preferably in renewable energy, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or installation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
