Junior Accounting & Administrative Assistant (On-site – Rabat)

We are an innovation-driven startup based in Rabat and we are looking for a young professional to support daily administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow while working closely with a multidisciplinary team in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on invoices, payments, and basic financial documents

• Handle administrative and secretarial tasks (emails, scheduling, document management)

• Support day-to-day operations and coordination

• Maintain organized records (contracts, files, internal documents)

• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks typical of an early-stage startup

Profile

• Early-career professional or recent graduate

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable with ERP systems / Excel (or quick learner)

• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working on-site near Rabat in a startup and Industry setting

Nice to have

• Basic experience with invoicing or accounting

• Prior admin, operations, or startup exposure

• French is a plus
