Job Description
Responsible for the after-sales service of major household appliances in Morocco (products: televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.), managing service quality indicators, responsible for the construction and optimization of the service network and service positions, managing service suppliers, managing the service team, and achieving the business requirements of the headquarters for the region.
Based on the current business situation and plans, improve the coverage of the national white goods service network and continuously optimize it;
Support the development of the national major household appliances service business, travel to the site to solve process execution bottlenecks, etc.; management of the service team visiting customers
Service indicator management: regularly organize meetings, formulate corresponding improvement plans and track their implementation progress;
Basic business management and process optimization: service settlement management, service contract management, spare parts and warehouse business management, etc.;
Customer management: communication, feedback and handling of the needs of 2B customers; VOC management;
Select white goods suppliers, standardize installation, maintenance and other business management;
Research, analysis and improvement plans for service satisfaction. Job Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in after-sales service of home appliances; Have a good understanding of work pressure and be able to translate it into practical improvement actions; A technical background is preferred; Fluent in English (native language is French)
