Aftersales Operation Manager

Oversee and lead strategic operations, ensuring high performance and excellence in execution • Continuously assess and report on Aftersales Operation performance, identifying areas for improvement and strategic decision-making • Develop and track key policies and performance indicators (KPIs) to guide the organization toward operational excellence • Establish consistent management practices, ensuring alignment across regions, reduce expenses and optimizing resource utilization • Provide hands-on support to Aftersales Operations, addressing challenges and encouraging collaboration, on-site visits if required • Facilitate, lead and guide continuous skills development for the Aftersales Operation team, enhancing overall performance 2. Oversee parts inventory, ensure efficient utilization, and manage the supply chain to support operations • Efficiently manage inventory levels, accuracy, local procurement, and stock allocation to meet demands and maintain smooth operations • Review and assess outcome based selling analysis and execute necessary strategies for improvement • Manage and oversee the physical procedures related to buyback and core returns in shipments 3. Drive excellence in service within workshop and bodyshop, optimizing processes and ensuring operational effectiveness • Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement process improvements • Maintain and enhance work in progress (WIP) across regions, ensuring timely service delivery • Implement strict quality control measures to meet safety and industry standards • Responsible for managing and coordinating the Service Apprentice program 4. Enhance warehouse efficiency while maintaining rigorous quality standards • Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency, reducing lead times and minimizing errors • Ensure uninterrupted supply by managing inventory levels accurately and efficiently 5. Comply with and execute all Zahid Group initiatives • Execute EHS training and policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment • Responsible for managing, developing, and testing the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) program • Prioritize safety practices, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protecting employees.Educational Qualifications & Certifications: • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent Knowledge: • Aftersales commercial and operations, understanding customer needs, financials Technical Skills: • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods • Hands-on experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and ERP after-sales modules • Proven skills in negotiation, stakeholder management & data driven decision making Language Skills: • Fluency in French and Arabic. Professional working proficiency in English • Good communication skills, both written and verbal Experience: • Minimum 10 years of Morocco and / or North Africa experience in commercial vehicles after sales with min 5 years in managerial positions. Travel requirement • Travel Up to 50% travel across Morocco's branch network. • Manage the on-call shift responsibilities for emergency breakdown supportSECTION VII: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / AREAS (KPIs / KPAs) KPIs • Operational Process Alignment (100% of qualitative supplier's standards) • Perpetual Count Report < 1% value discrepancy & 1% volume • Pending Distribution Orders: 0 • Inventory Stockturn: 4 times/year • First pick availability > 90% • Workshop Utilization > 90% • Workshop Efficiency > 100% • Warranty claims within 5 days. • Workshop Uptime ≥ 80% monthly • WIP, Average repair lead-time & first-time fix rate>100% of supplier & group standard (accuracy) • Group Initiatives (EHS, HRD, ZLI, SUP, Facilities) SECTION VIII: MISCELLANEOUS JOB-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS General Profile / Specifications: • A strong team leader, who can exercise good judgment within defined procedures to determine corrective action. Ability to resolve complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives creatively and  effectively, along with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
