Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer

What You'll Do:
- Design end-to-end experiences — from initial research and user flows to polished, pixel-perfect UI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life
- Own and evolve our design system — ensuring consistency and scalability across all products
- Lead usability testing initiatives and transform user insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and elevate design quality standards across the entire team
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- 3–5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
- Expert proficiency in Figma (plus other design/prototyping tools)
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments
Nice to Have:
- UX research methodologies experience
- Motion design skills
- Basic front-end development knowledge
