Position:Asset AssociateJob Description:

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting network of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer sides.

What You'll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.

  • Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.  Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.

  • Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts.

  • Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog.

  • Expedite backlog.

  • Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.

  • Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles

  • Ability to Identify a problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures and making sound decisions

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in excel

  • German language skills on an advanced level are nice-to-have
