Apply nowLearn more FINANCE ASSOCIATEWe are looking for a Finance Associate for a position located in Casablanca office and reporting to Entity Finance Manager N&WA.What You Will Be DoingAccountingHandle accounting transactions of JTI Morocco entities in accordance with IAS/IFRS & local requirements to ensure full compliance with local and JTI policies.Ensure consistency in accounting treatment and drives harmonization of processes across entitiesReview postings made for JTI Morocco entities by Global Business Service Center including AP, AR, IC revenues, manual accruals, cash…Account payables supervision Invoices submission, follow up of booking and payments, GRIR clearingCreation and monitoring of fixed assetsEnsure the statutory closing in partnership with the external auditorsManage compliance related to inventory, assets, and other operational controls within a factory.Planning & reportingEnsure month end closing process timely & accuratelyAssist in the preparation of the entity planning exercises.Ensure the preparation of internal reports (Cbcr, JCFC, Insurance…)OthersSupport with other projects, as necessaryDefine continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures, and systems to meet company objectivesRequired QualificationsEducation Master degree in Accounting/Finance or other related field,Experience Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in accounting / finance in Big 4 audit firms or multinational corporateLanguage Skills French & English full professional proficiency .Strong Knowledge of accounting software and reporting tools (e.g , SAP)Financial Process OptimizationIFRS & Local GAAP ComplianceAre you ready to join us?
