About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media content creation, video editing, and community engagement, with a bonus if you've worked with AI tools for automation and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for Facebook and Instagram (Other social media apps)
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels, including adding and animating our logo within the videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and goals.
- Community Engagement & Growth
- Manage audience interactions by responding to comments and messages.
- Network within the industry by following relevant accounts, engaging with posts, and building connections.
- Send professional direct messages (DMs) to potential leads with company details.
- AI & Automation Tools (Preferred)
- Work with AI-powered tools for social media tasks (e.g., AI-assisted commenting, following, and networking).
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve engagement and reach.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize strategy.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Video editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut,etc
- Ability to embed and animate logos within video content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and social media automation (e.g., ChatGPT, ManyChat, AI scheduling/commenting tools).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
Desirable Attributes
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest social media and AI trends.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and strategies.
