Your Responsibilities
As a
*English Sales Agent*
, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, creating an exceptional first impression of AnyTech365.
  • Conduct remote security and performance checks on computers and Internet-connected devices using our professional tools.
  • Provide customers with expert diagnoses and tailored solutions for their tech needs, following established compliance frameworks.
  • Turn inbound calls into loyal customers by offering world-class service and transferring them to our Level 2 technicians for comprehensive support.
