Role Description

This is a full-time role for an AI Ethics Consultant based on-site in Casablanca. The AI Ethics Consultant will be responsible for ensuring ethical considerations are integrated into AI systems and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assessing AI technologies for ethical risks, developing ethical guidelines, providing ethical recommendations, collaborating with development teams, and conducting training sessions on AI ethics. The consultant will also monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in assessing AI technologies for ethical risks and developing ethical guidelines
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI ethics
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
