Description du poste :
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une candidate dynamique et compétente pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu'agent commercial au sein de notre agence de voyage. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des clients et du développement des ventes.
RESPONSABILITE ET TÂCHES CLÉS:
• Assumer la responsabilité du contact client pour une réservation du début à la fin, en maintenant un contact régulier avec le client tout au long du voyage pour garantir une satisfaction complète et favoriser la fidélisation.
• Réaliser tous les devis et traitement des demandes.
• Résoudre rapidement et efficacement toutes les plaintes des clients.
COMPÉTENCES/EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES
• Expérience dans un environnement de vente de voyages.
• Esprit orienté vers la réalisation des objectifs et axé sur les ventes
• Excellente maîtrise de Francais, Anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit. (La maîtrise de l'espagnole sera considérée comme un atout.)
• Compétences informatiques avancées, maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office, notamment Word et Excel.
