Job Description:

  • Customer coverage and generation of inquiries. Develop effective customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities, present value proposals, and close the deal.
  • Provide formal customer quotations and successfully conclude the sale.
  • Successfully achiev and outperform sales targets.
  • Acquisition of new customers and new applications.
  • Customer interactions to identify the growth opportunities for existing and new customers.
  • Technical presentations of the products and solutions to customers through close collaboration with the application engineer.
  • Develops applications with required tests and demonstrations for the end customer.
  • Report all customer feedback and opportunities to the management at regular intervals.

Key skills:

  • Comprehensive Technical knowledge of the Metalworking industry with exposure to Cutting Tools, CNC Machining, machining strategies, etc.

Desired Profile:

  • Diploma/ B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct industrial consumable sales is required.
  • Must be able to converse in English, French, and Arabic efficiently.
  • Candidates from Tooling / Machine Tools or a similar industry are preferred.
  • Should be able to deal in cross-functional and cross-cultural working environments.
  • A self-starter, who will initiate projects and make independent decisions, tends to take action and go after things rather than waiting, plans to work efficiently to meet project deadlines, and wants to get things done
  • Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Communication (Verbal and Written) and Presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Should have a Go-getter attitude and an aggressive sales approach.
  • Should be open to travel locally and internationally as job demands.
  • Computer literate and should be comfortable working in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
