Mission Principale

Piloter, structurer et mettre en œuvre les projets liés au data management et à la data gouvernance au sein de l'entreprise. Le Project Lead joue un rôle clé dans l'organisation, la qualité, la sécurité et la valorisation des données afin d'assurer leur disponibilité et leur conformité aux exigences métier et réglementaires.

Responsabilités1. Pilotage & Gestion de projet
  • Définir la feuille de route des projets Data Management & Data Gouvernance.
  • Structurer le périmètre, le planning, les budgets et les ressources.
  • Animer les comités projet et assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction.
  • Suivre la réalisation des livrables et garantir la qualité des résultats.
2. Data Management
  • Mettre en place les processus de gestion des données : qualité, intégrité, catalogage, traçabilité.
  • Accompagner les équipes métiers dans la définition et la normalisation des données.
  • Superviser la mise en place d'outils : Data Catalog, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Définir et maintenir les modèles de données et les référentiels.
3. Data Gouvernance
  • Élaborer les politiques de gouvernance des données (accès, gestion des droits, confidentialité, conformité).
  • Définir les rôles et responsabilités : Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians.
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire (RGPD, normes sectorielles).
  • Veiller au respect des standards de sécurité et de protection des données.
4. Coordination & Communication
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes IT, Data, Sécurité, Métiers et Risques.
  • Faciliter l'adoption des bonnes pratiques auprès des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Organiser des formations, ateliers et sessions de sensibilisation.
  • Jouer un rôle de référent data au sein de l'entreprise.
5. Veille & Amélioration continue
  • Suivre les évolutions technologiques en data management, MDM, data quality, gouvernance et compliance.
  • Identifier les opportunités de transformation et d'optimisation des processus.
  • Proposer de nouvelles initiatives pour améliorer la maturité data de l'organisation.
Profil recherchéFormation
  • Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information, data, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Certifications souhaitées : DAMA, DMBOK, Scrum, Agile, ITIL.
Expérience
  • 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets data ou SI.
  • Expérience confirmée en data management et/ou data gouvernance.
  • Participation à la mise en place de référentiels, data quality, MDM ou solutions de catalogage.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets transverses impliquant plusieurs métiers.
Compétences techniques
  • Connaissance approfondie du DMBOK et des bonnes pratiques de gouvernance.
  • Maîtrise des concepts : Data Quality, MDM, Metadata, Data Lineage, Data Catalog.
  • Outils possibles : Collibra, Talend DQ/MDM, Informatica, Ataccama, Alation, Azure Purview, etc.
  • Compréhension des architectures data : DWH, Data Lake, API, ETL/ELT.
  • Notions en cybersécurité et conformité des données.
Compétences comportementales
  • Excellent leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes transverses.
  • Sens de la communication et esprit pédagogique.
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité d'analyse.
  • Orientation résultats, résolution de problèmes, autonomie.
