Support IT et Back Office

Nous recrutons pour notre client qui opère dans le secteur d'automobile Un Support IT et Back Office, poste basé à Casablanca – Ain Sebaa.
Missions :
- Assurer l'assistance technique aux utilisateurs (résolution des incidents, support de proximité et à distance).
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques (postes de travail, imprimantes, périphériques).
- Effectuer le suivi des tickets de support et garantir leur résolution dans les délais.
- Surveiller la performance des systèmes et signaler toute anomalie.
- Participer aux tâches de back office : suivi administratif des demandes IT, gestion de la documentation technique, mise à jour des bases de données.
- Veiller à la sécurité des infrastructures IT (antivirus, sauvegardes, gestion des accès).
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+2 en informatique ou équivalent.
- Bonne maîtrise des environnements bureautiques et des réseaux.
- Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation (Windows/Linux) et des outils de support IT.
- Compétences en dépannage matériel et logiciel.
- Rigueur, sens du service, et capacité à travailler en équipe.
