About the Role
This is a part-time on-site role for an IT Support / EUC Specialist at TECEZE in Morocco. The Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations and addressing user issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- EUC Device Imaging, Configuration and Handover
- Laptop Imaging and configuration and other proactive activities
- Desktop Imaging and configuration and other proactive activities
- Enable connectivity between computers, laptops, printers (local & network), RFGuns and OT devices (basis on provided SOP's) etc. with Cummins Core Applications
- Installation of End User Devices to LAN and validating that devices are connected to the network.
- Install and Configure Laptop devices (DHCP/File System/Storage/etc.), as and when required.
- Scenario 1: OS Imaging & deployment manually with USB stick or initiating the OS Image task sequence through SCCM by Field Support resources at respective onsite location.
- Scenario 2: OS Imaging & deployment via Intune Autopilot Onsite End user support for OS imaging (login) issues or Application installation issues
- Configuring printers and scanners
- Device unboxing and Device verification/Power On test
- Rack & Stack new devices at identified location.
- Connecting all the required cables
- Providing access of the devices to project team. Doing basic configuration.
- Verify connectivity for end users by executing test cases to verify access to local and central applications.
