Business Analyst – BPO
About the Role
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong analytical skills who thrives in a cross-functional environment. As a Business Analyst , you will work with company and client data to track performance, analyze methodologies, suggest operational improvements, and support decision-making that drives efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report key business and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain competitive market knowledge to provide insights for business growth.
- Support proposal evaluations, requirement gathering, and documentation of processes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field or data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- English fluency is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 8,000.00DH - 10,000.00DH per month
