This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Rabat . The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations, ensuring physical security at the premises, and maintaining protocols to protect the property and personnel. This role includes supervising security staff, coordinating shift schedules, and conducting training sessions. The role also involves interacting with clients, handling incidents, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a safe and secure environment. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and experience in leading and managing teams Physical Security expertise and knowledge of security protocols Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Operations Management within a security context Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work flexibly and handle emergency situations effectively Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
