This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is energetic, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of building things from scratch in a high-growth environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport core people operations across the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, benefits, and offboardingHelp manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAct as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and people processesEnsure compliance with local labour laws and internal policiesBuild, document, and improve people processes as the company growsRequirements2–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a fast-paced environmentFluency in English, French, and Darija (spoken and written)Experience supporting or managing payroll processesHigh energy, ownership mindset, and a strong desire to build and improve processes from the ground upStrong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving approachNice to haveFluency in other languagesOffice management experienceSome level of exposure to Moroccan employment lawTaptap Values Impact firstTeam nextAccept realityPropose solutionsWin with gritBe proactively candid, with yourself and othersLove the particularOwn itCreate positive energyMaybe, even have funTaptap Send is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
