We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Reliability Engineer
to support our TM2 contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of mobile equipment, implementing maintenance strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience with Lean tools to optimize maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
What Are Your Key Responsibilities
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM): Develop and implement RCM strategies to maximize equipment availability and significantly reduce unplanned downtime.
- Risk & Failure Analysis: Execute FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and establish robust mitigation plans.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep-dive RCA on recurring failures to recommend corrective actions and prevent future operational disruptions.
- Predictive Maintenance Planning: Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules utilizing advanced condition monitoring techniques.
- Lean Process Optimization: Leverage Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and streamline maintenance workflows.
- Lifecycle & Performance Reporting: Track reliability KPIs and prepare technical studies to provide strategic recommendations for equipment lifecycle management.

What You Bring To The Role
- Academic Background: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in reliability engineering, industrial maintenance, or asset management.
- Lean Methodologies: Strong expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational workflows.
- Systems & Data Mastery: Hands-on experience with CMMS and the ability to analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in predictive maintenance techniques and data-driven maintenance planning.
- Soft Skills & Languages: Exceptional problem-solving abilities in industrial settings, with fluency in French and English preferred.
