Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Direct Transport Sales within your market
Apply a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Drive portfolio growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage pipeline effectively
What You Bring
Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise: Sales experience in shipping, transportation, trucking, customs clearance, and ocean freight
Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation ability and solution-building mindset
Relationship Management: Build trust with customers and leverage internal networks
Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute clear strategies for your portfolio
Sales Discipline: Structured approach to meetings and pipeline management
Soft Skills: Positive, adaptable, results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and fluency in English
