Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve objectives.
- Organizational and time management skills, with a focus on handling multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, along with an understanding of sales reporting and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the elevator or construction industry, is an advantage.
- A self-motivated individual with results-driven attitude and a commitment to achieving excellence in customer service.
