Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience & Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality and real estate. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing property operations, and contributing to the growth of our rental portfolio. This role involves both guest-facing responsibilities and proactive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Guest Communication & Support: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries, handling bookings, and addressing any concerns throughout their stay.

* Operational Management: Coordinate cleaning schedules, manage check-in/check-out procedures, conduct property inspections, and oversee property maintenance.

* Guest Acquisition: Help us find new customers.

* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, property information, and other relevant data.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

* Basic financial record.

* Basic scheduling.

* Basic task management. Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or similar)(Preffered).

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic are essential; French is a plus).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Airtable is a bonus.

* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.

* A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

* Enthusiasm.

Bonus Points:

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate is a plus.

* Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb) is advantageous. Benefits:
