, vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des tâches de service, en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité dans la relation client et en atteignant les objectifs fixés.

En collaboration avec l'équipe
Customer Care
, et avec l'appui de la gamme croissante d'outils de self-service développés par ONE, vous contribuez activement à l'expérience client globale, tant pour les
comptes clés
que pour les clients
ONE Care
.

Missions principales
Gestion opérationnelle au quotidien

  • Assurer l'exécution des tâches administratives récurrentes et/ou assignées (revue d'audit de réservation, gestion des litiges, tâches administratives générales).
  • Être en contact direct avec les clients lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Se tenir régulièrement informé(e) des évolutions du secteur, des procédures internes (SOPs), ainsi que des réglementations et exigences applicables (documentation, facturation, etc.).

Gestion des processus et de la qualité

  • Veiller au respect et à l'amélioration continue des standards de qualité et des KPIs définis, afin de garantir un service client optimal.

Communication & collaboration

  • Favoriser une bonne communication et coopération entre les départements.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les agents ONECare Service et les Coordinateurs Customer Care.
  • Communiquer de manière claire et professionnelle avec les clients.

Compétences & profil recherché

  • Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et forte adaptabilité.
  • Autonomie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.
  • Connaissance de base solide du secteur du transport maritime.
  • Maîtrise de Google Sheets / Excel (indispensable).
  • Esprit analytique développé.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, orientation client et sens du service.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable.
  • Enthousiasme et esprit d'équipe.
