We're looking for a data-driven Content & Meta Ads Specialist to own our social media presence and drive sales. You will be responsible for creating compelling content on multiple platforms and executing Meta ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the social media content strategy.

Create, manage, and optimize Meta ads for sales and conversion.

Create compelling copy and visual assets (image, video) for paid and organic channels.

Measure campaign performance to minimize cost and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Engage with our online community and develop brand loyalty.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have:

Proven experience in handling brand social media handles.

Hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns with sales orientation.

Able to create engaging content (through the use of Canva, CapCut, etc.).

A passion for leveraging AI tools to automate and optimize ad performance and results.

Strong copywriting and analytical abilities.

Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a high-stress environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary + percentage of revenue from your ads' sales.

Hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days home).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 4,000.00DH - 6,000.00DH per month
