What you will do:

• Create and execute manual test cases based on functional specifications
• Build and maintain test plans in Zephyr (JIRA)
• Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA; verify fixes and perform retesting
• Validate user stories against acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams using a Shift-Left approach
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies
• Support test automation efforts and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Perform smoke, regression, and production testing

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• 3–5 years of QA experience in SaaS or software product companies
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and SDLC
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying Shift-Left testing practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within CI/CD environments
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly detail-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

• STQB (Foundation Level) Certified Tester
• Degree in a computing or IT-related field
• Experience with automated testing
• Knowledge of Postman / API testing
