AXA GBS MOROCCO
Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.
Responsabilities
Controlling Operational Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Cloud Product and the and the controlling manager in the financial steering of the department.
Building the financial plan hand in hand with Business Teams.
Providing seamless support in day-to-day operations.
Ensure financial plan execution (Actuals vs. Plan cost deviation analysis))
Identify potential business financial risks and opportunities.
NFTE Budget, Forecast and pre-close process.
Expense Commitment validation
End to end Closing process.
Perform centralized controls to guarantee the accuracy & reliability of financial information.
Expenses follow-up
Update intraco flows.
Manage APCO creation in Anaplan according to the Division' architecture and costing rules.
Prepare the Monthly & Quarterly reports and deliverables.
Education And Experience
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years of expertise in FP&A and controlling or audit.
Proven expertise in a Shared Service Centre environment
Key Skills And Competencies
Demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels,
Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning reporting.
Customer focused - actively seeks and responds appropriately to customer's needs.
Deal with problems in line with agreed procedures.
Good logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Be flexible in approach.
Good interpersonal skills: proactivity, team player, self-starter.
Technical Competencies
Anaplan or an equivalent financial controlling & budgeting ERP.
MS Excel and pack office advanced mastery
Power BI
SAP
Language Skills
Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing.
