Nous recherchons un Technicien IT Support pour renforcer notre équipe et assurer une assistance technique de qualité aux utilisateurs.

Description du poste

En tant que Technicien IT Support, vous serez chargé(e) d'assister les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problèmes informatiques, qu'ils soient liés aux logiciels, aux accès ou aux équipements.

Vous interviendrez principalement à distance, en suivant des procédures claires et en garantissant une expérience utilisateur professionnelle.

Vos missions principales incluent :

  • Prendre en charge les demandes techniques par email, téléphone ou ticketing.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents courants :
  • problèmes de connexion
  • erreurs systèmes simples
  • configuration logicielle
  • accès comptes utilisateurs
  • Installer et configurer logiciels, outils collaboratifs et applications métiers.
  • Réinitialiser mots de passe, gérer comptes utilisateurs (création, modification).
  • Documenter les incidents et en assurer le suivi complet.
  • Escalader les problèmes complexes aux équipes supérieures lorsque nécessaire.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs avec pédagogie et professionnalisme.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour des procédures internes et guides utilisateurs.

Profil recherché

  • Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement informatique (Windows, logiciels, outils bureautiques).
  • Connaissances de base en réseaux (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) et en sécurité utilisateur.
  • À l'aise avec les outils de ticketing et de prise en main à distance.
  • Sens du service, patience, autonomie et communication claire.
  • Capacité à analyser un incident et à proposer une solution structurée.
  • Français impeccable + anglais opérationnel.
  • Une expérience d'au moins 4 ans dans un rôle de support technique / helpdesk est fortement appréciée, mais les profils motivés et logiques restent les bienvenus.

Compétences appréciées

  • Connaissance Active Directory / gestion comptes utilisateurs.
  • Notions de Windows Server.
  • Expérience avec Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
  • Scripts simples (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Expérience avec des outils de ticketing (Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk ITSM).
