*Personal Assistant to the CEO*

Company Overview:

Our group of companies spans Travel Consultancy, Technology & Financial Services, and AI-driven ventures. The CEO is a dynamic entrepreneur engaged in international expansion, requiring a Personal Assistant who can not only manage executive duties but also provide personal support, build trust, and be available to accompany the CEO worldwide.

Role Overview:

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will hold a unique and demanding position that goes beyond standard PA responsibilities. This includes managing operations, handling hiring, leading meetings, arranging exhibitions, assisting in media activities, and, most importantly, being available to support the CEO at all times. The role requires a high level of trust, comfort, and personal dedication to ensure the CEO can focus on driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the CEO's closest support system in professional and personal matters.

Be available at any time, adjusting to the CEO's schedule as it changes daily.

Conduct and lead meetings on behalf of the CEO.

Manage hiring processes and oversee new employee onboarding.

Arrange exhibitions, book venues, and deliver pitches when required.

Develop and implement marketing strategies across all businesses.

Assist in hosting the CEO's YouTube podcast on financial strategies, both virtually and in international shoots (London, Vancouver, Florida, Bangkok, Pakistan).

Accompany the CEO on all business trips and be present for both professional and personal support.

Exceed traditional PA responsibilities by building a strong relationship of trust, comfort, and reliability with the CEO.

Ensure the CEO feels supported, happy, and stress-free, which in turn allows you to gain greater responsibility in business matters.

Requirements:

Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

High flexibility to adapt to the CEO's dynamic work style and travel schedule.

Willingness to provide personal support beyond standard job duties, ensuring the CEO is comfortable and confident in trusting you.

Comfortable with public speaking and podcast hosting.

Ability to travel internationally on short notice (all expenses covered).

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager preferred.

Loyalty, confidentiality, and dedication are essential qualities.

Job Details:

Type: Full-time, executive-level role.

Work Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week (hours vary depending on CEO's schedule, may include irregular timings).

Base Salary: $1,000 per month.

Growth: The closer you get to the CEO and the more you make him happy and comfortable, the more trust you will earn. This directly leads to greater responsibilities, influence in driving the business ahead, and higher earnings of $2,000–$2,500 monthly.

Travel: All international business trip expenses fully covered by the company.
