About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
HR Generalist
to join our team and support all aspects of human resources within our automotive manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and compliance, with the ability to partner with management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as an HR Generalist in the
automotive industry
. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language:
Fluent in
English
(written and spoken). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
