About the Client and the Role

Our client is a well-established industrial organization operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of its continued growth, the company is strengthening its HR function and is looking for an HR professional who will play a key role in executing core HR processes, supporting managers, and ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across the site.

This role is hands-on and operational, with strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and HR analytics. The position works closely with management and HR stakeholders to provide pragmatic and value-added HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support critical HR processes including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Actively advocate for and manage the resolution of employee issues and concerns, including internal investigations, corrective actions, and coaching
  • Build strong and credible relationships with frontline, middle, and senior management through trust, collaboration, and effective communication
  • Apply sound judgment to identify HR issues and recommend appropriate solutions, even in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver high-impact and consistent HR solutions
  • Manage HR transactions such as onboarding and orientation, leave of absence administration, and exit processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating topics when required
  • Participate in and support site-level events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to departmental HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed
  • Define, develop, and maintain clear and concise documentation for HR procedures, work processes, and reports
  • Collect, analyze, and present HR data through dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports to support decision-making
  • Perform root-cause analysis using HR data, identify performance gaps, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role within an industrial or structured environment
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise at different organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy and professionalism
  • Fluency in French and English; Arabic is an asset
