Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rabat with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Education Executive, you will oversee strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include driving the foundation's job creation initiatives, developing and managing programs, building partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring the implementation of our mission. You will also be involved in financial planning, performance tracking, and reporting progress to the board. The
Senior Education Executive will be responsible for working with educational institutions and community organizations to promote and deliver training programs. Daily tasks include developing and conducting training sessions, coordinating with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves frequent communication with participants and partners to ensure the successful implementation of education programs.

• Financial planning and budget management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders
• Commitment to the foundation's mission and values
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Proven skills in Education, Teaching, and Training
• Relevant experience in educational program development
• Professor, PhD, Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in education, workforce development, or job creation initiatives.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social impact, education, and community empowerment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse cultural environments.
