Responsabilités
- Suivi de proximité des projets/sujets
- Étude, paramétrage et réalisation du backlog des évolutions et nouveaux produits avec les squads
- Coordination et accompagnement technique des développeurs
- Revue de code et documentation des livrables
- Conception technique et préparation des livrables
Compétences recherchées
Back-end :
Java / Spring Boot, API-first (OpenAPI/Swagger), Kafka, PostgreSQL, Oracle
Front-end :
(hooks, state management), notions en Angular/Typescript appréciées
Pratiques de développement :
Clean Code, TDD/BDD, DDD, architecture hexagonale, CI/CD
Sécurité :
OWASP Top 10, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (Keycloak, PKCE, IAM)
Outils :
Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, ELK Stack, Git/GitFlow
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée dans des contextes industriels (progicialisation, industrialisation, multi-filiales)
- Sensibilité à la performance, la scalabilité et la maintenabilité
- Esprit collaboratif et goût pour les bonnes pratiques de développement
