Description du posteEn tant que Sub-System Technical Leader (SSTL), vous serez responsable de la coordination technique d'un sous-système automobile, de la phase de conception jusqu'à la validation.
Vos missions incluront :
Assurer le pilotage technique du sous-système affecté (composants mécaniques)
Être l'interface entre les équipes projets, fournisseurs et clients internes (qualité, achats, industrialisation…).
Garantir le respect des exigences produit, qualité, coût et délai.
Suivre les revues de conception, les essais de validation et les évolutions produit/process.
Traiter les dossiers de modifications et gérer les anomalies en lien avec la production ou le fournisseur.
Ingénieur de formation mécanique.
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans l'industrie automobile, idéalement sur un poste de pilotage technique.
Connaissance des standards de développement PSA / Stellantis est un atout majeur.
Bonne capacité d'analyse, rigueur, leadership technique et sens de la communication.
Maîtrise du français à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; l'anglais technique est un plus
