Atirao Agency, acteur majeur du digital et en expansion continue, recherche un Brand & Content Manager pour renforcer la puissance créative et stratégique de son département Contenu & Social Media. Ce rôle vise à porter un niveau d'exécution aligné aux standards internationaux pour nos clients corporate au Maroc et à l'international.

Missions

  • Définir et piloter les stratégies Brand, Content & Social Media.
  • Superviser la production : visuels, vidéos, articles, newsletters, social assets….
  • Garantir cohérence de marque, qualité créative et rigueur d'exécution.
  • Structurer et optimiser les workflows, plannings éditoriaux, guidelines et process du département.
  • Produire ou superviser Brand Books, Social Media Playbooks et contenus premium.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Media, Web, Stratégie, Commercial, pour une exécution fluide et intégrée.
  • Accompagner l'évolution du pôle et installer des standards élevés au quotidien.
  • Suivre et optimiser les performances via KPIs, insights, analyses et reporting.
  • Introduire de nouvelles approches créatives, tendances social media et innovations éditoriales.
  • Contribuer à la communication corporate (messages, tonalité, assets clés, alignement de marque).
  • Assurer une veille active et maîtriser les outils d'e-réputation, monitoring, social listening et content intelligence.

Profil recherché

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en Branding, Content, Social Media et/ou Communication Digitale.
  • Expérience confirmée en pilotage d'un pôle ou d'un périmètre contenu.
  • Forte culture créative + compréhension solide du marketing digital et de la logique business.
  • Excellente organisation, structuration et gestion des flux opérationnels.
  • Leadership naturel, standards élevés, sens du détail.
  • Maîtrise de la production et de la supervision de contenus premium.
  • Français impeccable ; anglais apprécié.
  • Proactivité, responsabilité, intégrité, rigueur.
