About the Job

Sourcing, negotiating and buying Indirect services & goods commodities, to meet the Company's operational requirements, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and drive sourcing process in accordance with IMP process and standards.
• Coordinate tenders' strategy and plannings.
• Manage strategic sourcing: propose strategy, build scenarios, negotiation strategies, propose relevant sourcing, present sourcing recommendation to management.
• Work in collaboration with relevant departments to manage the sourcing for new contracts and contract renewal.
• Drive negotiations to achieve the best performance level.
• Lead the contract drafting in French or English and negotiation with the supplier in collaboration with the stakeholders and legal department.
• Support communication about contracts with other relevant departments
• Manage the contract to ensure productivity, and quality during the execution phase.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Build list of saving portfolio and follow actions to deliver savings.
• Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Contribute to the purchasing team efficiency: propose new ideas, lead specific action plan.

• IT SKILLS: Digital sourcing solutions/Collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) SAP Environment knowledge is a plus.
• Previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
