About the Job

• Report hierarchically to the Micromobility Purchasing Director, and functionally to the Purchasing Micromobility Program Manager
• Make the link between program teams and purchasing team during the supplier selection and development.
• Manage suppliers during project development.
• Hybrid between Casablanca office / Kenitra plant / home office.
• Business trip to supplier location to consider.

Key Responsibilities

• Endorse defining the Micromobility purchasing strategy for commodities in charge.
• Contribute managing RFIs and expertise phases.
• Support purchasing teams for bid list and recommendation proposals.
• Manage suppliers and stakeholders (engineering, logistic, Supplier quality, costs) during project development.
• Lead summary meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage the capitalization on potential volume evolution during development.
• Support obtaining the performance plan from suppliers.
• Manage economic negotiations of every changes.
• Identify troubled suppliers and take care of potential shortages.
• Check the fulfilment of contracts and adapt changes if necessary.
• Fulfil purchasing and program tools to ensure development.
• Guarantee the Supplier tool kick off.
• Lead the purchase order processes and ensure payment execution.
• Monitor prices and supplier capacities during development phase.
• Achieve the final price target according to the project needs.

Qualifications

• Capacity to work transversally with different divisions
• Confirmed experience in purchasing processes
• Animation, coordination and leadership skills
• Autonomy and conflict management skills
• Professional English level.
• Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skill.
