Contexte :

Dans le cadre d'un projet data ambitieux, nous recherchons deux Data Project Managers Senior pour structurer et déployer une plateforme data industrielle, de la gouvernance à la valorisation avancée des données (IoT, SAP, géomatique, etc.).

  • Durée : 6 mois (120 jours).
  • Début : ASAP.
  • Statut : Freelance.

Mission Principale :

Cadrage, conception et mise en œuvre d'une solution data end-to-end pour un environnement industriel, incluant :

  1. Cadrage & Gouvernance :
    • Identifier les cas d'usage prioritaires (production, maintenance prédictive, logistique, etc.).
    • Définir le modèle de gouvernance (ownership, qualité, sécurité, conformité).
    • Structurer un glossaire métier (KPIs : tonnage, teneur, Capex/Opex, etc.).
  2. Ingestion & Intégration des Données :
    • Collecte temps réel (capteurs IoT : OPC UA, PI System, SCADA) et données batch (SAP S/4, Ariba, RH, Finance).
    • Intégration des données géospatiales (SIG, drones).
    • Déploiement d'outils d'ingestion (Kafka, Flink, NiFi, StreamSets).
  3. Architecture Data Platform :
    • Mise en place d'un Data Lakehouse (MinIO, Iceberg, Trino/Starburst).
    • Zoning (Bronze/Silver/Gold) et virtualisation (Denodo/Dremio).
    • Sécurité : RBAC, chiffrement, data lineage.
  4. Qualité & Gouvernance Opérationnelle :
    • Contrôles de qualité (ex : données critiques pH, teneur en métaux).
    • Monitoring des anomalies et catalogage (OpenMetadata/Ataccama).
  5. Analytics & Reporting :
    • Conception de tableaux de bord (production, énergie, logistique) via Power BI/Tableau.
    • Définition des KPIs (disponibilité équipements, coût par tonne, émissions CO₂).
  6. Advanced Analytics & AI :
    • Déploiement de use cases : maintenance prédictive (équipements miniers), optimisation énergétique, qualité produit.
    • Applications sécurité/environnement (stabilité des digues, émissions).
  7. Change Management & Upskilling :
    • Formation des équipes métier aux outils analytics.
    • Mise en place de processus Agile/Lean et valorisation des bénéfices data.

Profil Requis :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets data complexes (environnement industriel minier ou énergétique apprécié).
  • Maîtrise des technologies : Data Lakehouse, ingestion temps réel (Kafka, Flink), IoT, SAP, virtualisation.
  • Compétences en gouvernance data, qualité et conformité.
  • Expertise en analytics (KPIs industriels) et IA/ML (maintenance prédictive).
  • Capacité à former et accompagner le changement.
