About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Room Service Supervisor :

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee service of guest amenities (towel set-up, cold towels, juices, fruits and other amenities) to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.

Follow-up on guests' celebrations set-up as requested (birthday, honeymoon and others) and ensure the correct amenities are delivered to the room.

Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with bud geted guidelines.

Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.

Conduct all closing procedures at shift end.

Follow and practice LWC guidelines and food safety

Oversee the maintenance of the pool deck and equipment.

Utilize the hotels computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports as well as Avero log entries.

The ability to manipulate Ipads orders from the room and assist guests on its use

The ability to attend important meetings related to daily operations such as the pre-arrival meetings and BEO meetings.

The ability to follow up on service procedures ( day time and evening time).

The ability to interview and select job applicants as well as supervise, discipline and give performance evaluations for pool employees.

The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

To be able to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

The ability to report any accident immediately , no matter how minor to a manger.

Our Ideal Room Service Supervisor candidate will have:

A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our internal and external guests. You should have Room Service Supervisor experience in luxury hotels, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, and be a team player.

You will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
